Welcome to Cryptmetric (cryptmetric.com, the “Site”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
2. Services
The Site provides cryptocurrency market data, AI-assisted analysis and conversational information queries. All content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, an offer or a solicitation. We do not execute trades, hold your assets, or provide brokerage, advisory or asset-management services.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. You may not register multiple accounts to obtain free quotas or other benefits.
4. Recharge and Balance
Recharges are made in USDT (TRC20), and credited amounts are based on on-chain confirmation. Your balance is used to pay for AI analysis and chat services; the current standard prices are 0.50 USDT per analysis and 0.10 USDT per chat message. Except where required by law, recharged balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is 10 USDT, with a 2 USDT fee per withdrawal and a maximum of three withdrawals per day. Withdrawals may be subject to manual review. Please ensure your withdrawal address is accurate; we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses or blockchain network issues.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site for unlawful activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, infringement of others’ rights, bulk data scraping, reverse engineering, attacking systems, or any other abuse of the service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site’s software, interface, text, charts and trademarks are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Site may use third-party services, including AI models, blockchain data providers and email services. Interruptions, delays or errors in third-party services may affect the Site, and we make no guarantees regarding them.
9. Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile, and AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. The Site is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty. You are solely responsible for your use of the Site and the risks involved.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, data or opportunities. Our aggregate liability for direct losses arising from the service will not exceed the service fees you actually paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
If you breach these Terms or applicable law, we may suspend or terminate your account and reserve the right to pursue remedies. Provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive termination.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Operator’s principal place of business. The specific jurisdiction will be updated on this page once the operating entity is confirmed. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent courts at the Operator’s principal place of business.
